A lot of people today suffer from anxiety for one reason or another whether it be a mild or severe form of depression. Minor irritations, or a phobia which creates panic attacks, low self confidence, the list goes on. The one thing in common is that all phobias, panic attacks, road rage etc are differing forms of anxiety.
Anxiety begins as a thought in your mind which is then practiced or thought again and again, this eventually then becomes a belief within the subconscious mind. Once a belief is formed it is very difficult for you to change that pattern of thoughts with your everyday thinking. To change the belief it is easier to access the aspect of your mind where the belief originated, where it exists, this part is called the subconscious mind.
Your subconscious mind has an amazing capacity to create habits for you whether they be physical in nature or thought patterns (Habits). The subconscious mind does not understand right or wrong, what’s good for you or bad for you. The subconscious mind just follows instructions from you. It relies on you to make the right decisions, or in other words think the right thoughts, and with enough thinking of a particular set of thoughts the habit is then created.
Most of the time the habits you have created serve you very well, such as driving a car or reading or writing a book you do not think about the process you just make a decision to drive the car or read the book and your subconscious mind accesses the information that allows you to do this very quickly.
Problems occur when the habits created do not serve you. In the case of anxiety the anxiety can be experienced and over a period of time if it is not dealt with the subconscious mind can make it bigger and bigger and bigger thinking that this is what you want so it gives you more.
Hypnosis can allow you to access the part of your mind where the anxiety exists. Once that part is accessed the thought pattern (anxiety) that has not been serving you can be released once this occurs you can then begin to create new thought patterns, new habits which can allow you to live your life more fully, with a greater freedom and a greater confidence. This can occur within just a few short sessions.
Hypnosis has the advantage that you do not need to analyse the problem you just allow the subconscious mind through my guidance to gently and effortlessly create the changes that you want.
